Privacy Policy

The contact form. When you send the form, I receive what you typed (name, email, phone, the service you picked and your project notes), plus the page you sent it from, your country (worked out from your IP address) and your browser type. It is saved in a database and emailed to me so I can reply. If you arrived from one of my ads, the lead also records which ad and campaign it came from (the tags in the ad's link).

Email and phone. If you email or call me, I keep what you send so I can reply and, if we work together, deliver the project.

Analytics and ads. Only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type and rough location, and the Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you viewed and whether you sent an enquiry, so I can measure my ads. It doesn't send what you typed in the form. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and block attacks.

The site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. If you do, these are set:

• _ga and _ga_*: tell visits apart. They last up to 2 years.
• _fbp and _fbc (Meta Pixel): connect visits to ad clicks. They last up to 90 days.

Your choice itself is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. You can change it at any time:

To answer enquiries, write proposals, deliver and support projects, and understand which pages are useful. I don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Only the services that make the site and my work possible: Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (the database that stores enquiries), Google (analytics, only with your consent), Meta (ad measurement, only with your consent), Resend (delivering enquiries to me by email), Zoho (email) and WhatsApp (messaging, if you choose to message me there). Some of them store data outside Malaysia.

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. I'll reply within 21 days.
